Ruck:  Men = 30 lbs   /  Women = 15 lbs (scales and sand available)

Swim:  Floaties, swim fins, team support allowed to get you through the 1/2 mile swim!  Or go to the shallows and stand up! 

TEAMS - Minimum 10 / Maximum - no set number   /  ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST FINISH TOGETHER!

Park at LJ Schooners and you will be bused to the EOD Memorial OR have a friend drop you at the Memorial prior to.  We are asking you CARPOOL best you can.  Limited parking available!!

Teams must have minimum of 10 bodies.  There is no maximum!

*Teams with more than 10 individuals, please use the individual registration form to get all of your teammates listed.  Please put the team name next to the individuals so we keep you all together.


Participants will have the opportunity to "Carry the Load" for one of our fallen EOD Techs on the EOD Memorial Wall.  Name tags and lanyards will be provided.

We keep your personal information private and secure.  We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily enter here, or provide to us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.We do not share personal information with other companies, organizations, and individuals outside of the EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) unless we receive explicit permission from you to do so.

All information is password protected in a secure database that only relevant employees have access to.  Credit card information is never stored in a way that gives EODWF employees access to viewing credit card numbers or other data.  All EODWF employees with access to personal information are bound to adhere to this policy.

All personal information stored is within an online software, Donor Perfect. Donor Perfect utilizes password protection and complies with all Privacy Shield Principles. EODWF processes donations/payments through SafeSave Gateway and WePay, both are 100% PCI compliant processing systems for both one time and recurring transactions.

EODWF will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to inquiries, handle your complaints and process donations or expenses related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide EODWF related communications, such as newsletters and updates.

You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

   • See what data we have about you if any.

   • Change/correct any data we have about you.

   • Have us delete any data we have about you.

   • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Terms/Conditions
By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge.
