Your participation in the 2023 Taste of Grayson will help NG3 Grayson continue to reach the next generation!

September 10th, 2023 1pm- 4pm @ Grayson Community Park

Taste of Grayson is an event designed to build community spirit around the wonderful businesses and restaurants in our area. Our neighbors come together for great food, music, fun and fellowship, and to help the next generation. We hear every year that there is no other event like this one.

Taste of Grayson benefits your restaurant and the community in many ways;

* It is a welcoming event where neighbors come together. Check out our website, www.tasteofgrayson.org , our Facebook page, and our Instagram page.
* It supports NG3’s mission of faith-based mentoring at Grayson High School.
* Your restaurant will be promoted to this entire area. We promote our restaurants on our website, Facebook page, Facebook ads and Instagram site.
* You will be able to greet over 2000 residents personally.
* Restaurants will receive a 30% share of the revenue from the food ticket sales in proportion to the tickets used at your booth.

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS August 1st, 2023. Please complete the form below and email .JPG or .EPS file of the Restaurant Logo to [email protected]. We will be following up with more information as the event approaches.

Booth Size is limited to 10 x 10 space unless otherwise arranged with Taste of Grayson
The restaurant is expected to provide tent, and other necessities to serve food samples (we will provide 1 eight foot table at your booth space, sample cups/trays and forks\spoons)
Electricity is limited and available on a first come first serve basis – priority based on receipt of application. You will be notified if a request for electricity is denied.
No Drinks will be served by the Restaurants

By submitting this form I hereby make an application for booth space for September 10th, 2023 Taste of Grayson event. Having done so I agree to abide by the rules and regulations provided with this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules and regulations will result in my being removed from the event. Additionally, I will not be invited nor included in future shows sponsored by said committee. I understand that neither the NG3 nor the City of Grayson nor any person(s) associated therewith are responsible for loss or damage of work, personal injuries, or property damage, nor will the artist/exhibitor be a party to legal action against them, nor against any property owner with whom the exhibitor comes in contact. If exhibitor is asked to leave the show for failure to abide by said rules and regulations previously set forth in the application, no fee is refundable. I understand that there are no rain dates or refunds due to rain or any other weather situations. I have read and understand the above.
