It's time to gather on the green for the 38th Annual IBH Addiction Recovery Golf Outing on Monday, June 17 from 11am - 7pm at Silver Lake Country Club!  

Proceeds from the outing will benefit the IBH Addiction Recovery REACH Program.

If you are purchasing a sponsorship, please note that payment must be received by May 20th for inclusion in/on any printed materials. Sponsorship benefits begin once payment is received.

If you are registering golfers, please have each player's first name, last name, and email address. 

Golf registration includes: cart fee, lunch, snacks, dinner, door prizes, entry into all skill challenges.

By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge.
