These programs  take place every other month at Namba Performing Arts Space in Downtown Ventura.

Spotlight Talks are meet-the-artist interviews that conclude the formal FOTM  documentation process. Each public interview captures the development, achievements, reflections and personal experiences of an artist before a live audience. Attendees have the opportunity to interact with the artists, participate in a question and answer session, and view original work.

AfterGLOW events take place after each Spotlight Talk. These gatherings, typically dinners open to 30-40 people, give artists and patrons the opportunity to connect in a more intimate setting. AfterGLOW events are held in private homes and locations provided by sponsors. Directions to these events are provided at the end of each Spotlight Talk.
