15th Annual Spring Into Health 5K

OR opt for a 'virtual event' and participate from afar, at the time and place of your choosing. Virtual runners/walkers will be mailed an official race bib, and are invited to send us a photo of yourself participating while wearing your bib, and we'll add it to the Grace Cottage Facebook page.

Kids under 18 are free with a parent- or guardian-signed permission form, which can be found here. Kids who run for free are not eligible for a t-shirt, but are eligible for raffle prizes.

All participants must sign an event waiver form. To save time on the day of the event, you may fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you.
