All our records and facilitations are held to the highest confidentiality. It is expected that all staff and volunteers will sign off on codes of conduct and confidentiality as we are in a position of trust within the community.

Volunteers will need to have background checks completed and will be interviewed by a member of the staff. Training is provided free of charge to volunteers and participation is expected. 

We actively work to prevent and repair harm. As a result, we must remain balanced to the needs of all parties involved. If there is an instance where you do not feel you would be able to maintain impartiality, you are required to remove yourself from the process.
