Join Court Appointed Special Advocates in recognizing Foster Care Awareness Month in May by supporting Pinwheels for CASA. For a donation of $10, you can digitally sponsor one of the 1,500 pinwheels that will be on display at the Outlets at Tejon on Sunday, June 14.These 1,500 pinwheels represent the number of youth that are currently in the Kern County foster care system.
