Waiver and Release - I agree that I will not file a lawsuit or hold CAT, staff, instructors, other volunteers, responsible in any way if I (or my child) am hurt or my property is damaged in connection with involvement with CAT. The release I am giving applies even if I am hurt or my property is damaged because someone else is negligent or otherwise is not careful or makes mistakes. I accept complete and total responsibility for my personal safety, my property and the personal safety and property of others with whom I may come in contact.
