At the Clatsop Community College Foundation, we believe that our entire community benefits when every student has access to the tools and resources they need to help them succeed in school and in life.

Our mission is to inspire and engage the community in support of Clatsop Community College students so they can achieve their goals.

The CCC Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. Contributions to the CCC Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Scholarships for CCC Maritime Students

Double the impact for Clatsop Community College students by making a gift for Maritime Scholarships from February 11-25. Every dollar raised from this scholarship campaign will be directed to CCC students who are working to achieve an education related to the Maritime Industry.

In November 2021, The Roundhouse Foundation awarded a $37,500 grant to Clatsop Community College for critical equipment needs related to the Maritime program. The CCCC Foundation is working to double the impact from  this grant to raise money to support our Maritime Science students. The cost of a Maritime Science education per year is $8,290, which includes tuition, fees, and equipment expenses. 

Students who complete a certificate can enter the workforce as an Ordinary Seaman. CCC also offers a 2 year degree in vessel operations. In the words of President Chris Breitmeyer: An education in maritime science is "a path to a family-wage job and career in which students can take great pride."
