2024 Community Impact Volunteer Response Form


There will be a REQUIRED training for all panel volunteers on 
April 16, 2024, 
9:00am – 11:00am at the Family Services Center 
(21500 Gibralter Dr, Port Charlotte, FL 33952)

The key responsibilities of a Community Impact Volunteer are: To attend the Required training on 4/16/2024; To review partner agency request for funding proposals and any submitted documentation; To participate in on-site partner agency visits to learn about the programs/services first-hand; To attend the review panel meeting and be an active participant in discussions and decision-making; To evaluate and make recommendations of each program on its own merit; and To respect the confidentiality of materials, discussions and decisions.
