In this 60th Year of The Arc of Howard County's history, we are so excited that you will join us for the Virtual Celebration of Excellence on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

The Arc of Howard County’s mission statement is: “Achieving full community life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities – one person at a time.” The Arc of Howard County seeks to recognize individuals and groups who put our mission statement into practice.
