Charlotte County Reads is a collaboration between Charlotte County Public Schools,
United Way of Charlotte County, YMCA of SWFL, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Charlotte County.

The commitment is 1 hour per week for the 2024-2025 school year.
Reading sessions during 2024 summer camps will be made available at the YMCA and Boys & Girls Clubs.
Volunteers will be required to undergo a Level 2 background check.
Volunteers will be required to attend an initial training, and may choose to engage in future trainings.

If you attended a training between summer 2023 through winter of 2024, you are not required to be trained again.
