Waiver & Photo Release: I understand that participation in Wissahickon Trails activities involves a certain degree of risk and can be physically demanding. I have carefully considered the risk involved and have given consent for myself or my child to participate in this activity. I HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PARTICIPATING AND/OR VOLUNTEERING IN THIS EVENT. I certify that I am physically fit and that there are no health-related reasons or problems, which preclude my participation in this activity or event. I hereby release, and discharge Wissahickon Trails, its members and volunteers, all sponsors and anyone acting on their behalf from any and all claims and liability for death, personal injury, or property damage whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event. This release and discharge is effective even if the person or entity being released or discharged is negligent and such negligence is a cause of any personal injury, death, or property damage to me. I grant full permission to the event to use my image for recording of this event in any format or media.

Mitigation Practices and Safety Requirements: All participants will be expected to wear a mask and maintain the minimum 6 ft social distancing requirements. If you are feeling sick or have any reason to believe you might be sick, or anyone you have been in contact with is sick or suspected of being sick, please do not attend. All participants are asked to follow the CDC guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/guidance-business-response.html) in your everyday life to minimize your risk of contracting COVID-19 and potentially spreading it to others.
