(15 minutes after the final bell for 95 minutes. Times vary based on bell schedule)

PLEASE BRING:

- Wrestling shoes

- Water bottle

- workout shorts and t-shirt

- mouthpiece and headgear (optional but recommended)

* REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS *
1) Parent/Guardian, please select your training session (check box for each session you would like to register for), fill out and approve the Parent Release & Consent Waiver

2) Visit the AAU website at https://play.aausports.org/ to sign up for a YOUTH/ATHLETE membership. If you already have an AAU membership for the year, you do not need to re-enroll. This provides required additional participation insurance for $20.00 annually. You only need one active membership for any/all summer or out-of-season TPHS activities.

INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE AAU REGISTRATION

Step 1: Click on the LINK

Step 2: Select “Get A Membership”

Step 3: Select “USA Only Youth Athlete”

Step 4: Under “Select sport” select your sport - “Wrestling”

Step 5: Under “Coverage”, select - “Standard”

Step 6: Complete the registration information and note your membership number to add to the registration form

3) Read and confirm your understanding of the parent waiver and release.

4) Provide your payment information and click "Submit Payment" to complete your registration. Accepted forms of payment include ACH payment, debit card and credit card.
