Open Call for Volunteer Projects for our 2024 Day of Caring

United Way Peterborough & District is committed to creating positive change in our community and we appreciate the important work that all of our local not for profit agencies do to support our mission of building a strong, vibrant and equitable community for us all.

Our upcoming Day of Caring event is all about supporting local agencies in completing projects that will enhance their agencies or initiatives.

If you are a local not for profit that has a small, odd jobs like, organizing a storage room, painting a fence, or planting flowers or a larger scale initiative that can be completed by a group of volunteers, we would like to invite you to submit your tasks or projects for the 2024 United Way “Day of Caring” scheduled for Friday, June 14th.

We will match a group of volunteers to your project and send them between 9AM and 3PM to engage with your mission and complete the work you need done.

By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments.
