Event Attendance Policy

The Buddy Center holds limited seating, and many of our program registrations fill up. CMDSS purchases supplies based on our registration. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled program. This will allow us to offer your spot to another family. You may call us at 601.385.3696 between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM to cancel or email [email protected].

By registering for this event, families agree that they intend to attend the event at the scheduled time and location. Due to limited space and availability of our free programs, families will be blocked from registering for free events after three instances of not showing up for an event they registered for without letting the Program Director know ahead of time that they are unable to make it.

Release and Waiver of Liability

By submitting this registration, I release Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society (CMDSS), and any and all of its agents, officers, directors, and employees, from any and all claims or liabilities which might arise out of my participation in CMDSS events and programs.

Media Release

By submitting this registration, I grant Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society (CMDSS) permission to use my name, image, voice, appearance, and likeness for stories or advertisements that may be solicited on its behalf. This may include, but is not limited to, print advertising, public service announcements, promotional videos, etc. 

CMDSS will not be eligible for any compensation related to the production and use of my name and likeness in promotional or advertising materials.

If I do not wish to be photographed or interviewed for news or promotional coverage, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the employees of CMDSS.

I agree to waive my rights to hold CMDSS or its associates responsible for any liability, loss, or damage that occurs from my participation in any promotional activities.

We take precautions to protect your information. We collect credit card or bank account information, names, addresses, and other data related to your transaction when you make a payment through our site. We use this information to process your payment.

Terms/Conditions

By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge.
