This form is for table host and individual ticket registration. 
For table hosts, please include your guest's names, email address, and meal preferences below. Each table has eight (8) seats. If you do not fill your entire table, we are happy to add other friends of Highline to complete your table. For individual tickets, you may register for up to 4 tickets using this form. Please include each guest's name, email address, and meal preferences.

There is no charge for you or any of your guests to attend the event. However, we ask that our guests make a gift of $250 to help us continue the work serving the needs of the students, families, and educators in Highline Public Schools. You may make a gift early through this form,
or you can make a gift at the breakfast.
