Field Trip Registration

The Museum can accommodate approximately sixty (60) students or two classes and their chaperones per visit.

We offer field trips Monday through Friday. Our field trip visits typically begin by 10:00 am and last 2-2.5 hours, depending on the size of the group.

Our field trip visits include an age appropriate introduction to the Holocaust through multimedia, an activity in the classroom or in the exhibit, and a tour of the exhibit galleries. For larger groups, we may split the group into two smaller groups and alternate them between the classroom and exhibit experiences. Groups may eat lunch in the classroom space; please let us know when you register or at the earliest convenience so we may accommodate you.

We are grateful to many donors and foundations for their support of our Mission. All our education programs are free of charge as a result of these donors’ generosity.

* If you’d like a Survivor presentation, we request that you book a presentation visit to your school. For more information on booking a Survivor presentation for your school, please contact David Nelson, Education Specialist, at [email protected] or 239-263-9200, ext. 205

Special Note: Thanks to a generous grant from Suncoast Credit Union Foundation, funds are available to help defray the cost of Field Trips to the Museum. The grant provides funds to cover all associated costs with these trips, from transportation to substitute teachers needed during your absence. Please let us know if we can help in getting your students to the Museum.

Contact David Nelson, Education Specialist, at [email protected] or 239-263-9200, ext. 205 for details and restrictions.
