Virginia’s community colleges are unique in their ability to rapidly develop new programs to address the demands and opportunities presented by a dynamic information-driven economy. The VFCCE Talent Pipeline Expansion Fund provides start-up funds for the development and deployment of new workforce readiness programs, associate degree programs, updates to existing programs for high-need jobs, and venture capital for workforce readiness certifications and degrees.
