One Woman, One Vote: Jeannette RankinJeannette Rankin

In this first person program, audiences will be taken back to 1920. The 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote in national elections has just been added to the Constitution, and the country is recovering from participation in the Great War, World War I. Jeannette Rankin will share her journey from grass roots suffragist to becoming the first woman in Congress.

Seating is in on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrive early to secure your spot. Our 1903 Division 1 Courtroom seats can be made more comfortable with a seat cushion. Feel free to bring a cushion or pad.
