To register for the pickleball tournament, select whether you are an individual player or if you are playing doubles for the tournament. All skill levels are welcomed! To proceed to register below, 

• Click the white square next to the registration that you want whether you are registering as an individual player or a doubles team
• Then, answer any relevant questions and proceed to the next page to make your donation and confirm your registration!
• All players must sign a Liability Waiver before participating in the Pickleball Tournament. Download the Waiver by Clicking this Link and email it to [email protected] OR bring it with you on the day of the tournament.
• Want to sponsor a team that cannot afford to play? You can do that below as well! Select Sponsor a team
• Want to donate to the class project? You can do that as well when you scroll down to the bottom of this form
