Since 1992, the National Association of Letter Carriers and the U.S. Postal Service have held an annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive the second Saturday in May. This is the nation's largest one-day food drive, where letter carriers collect non-perishable food donations along their mail routes. Last year, the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive in and around Enid collected almost 19,000 pounds of food, which filled nearly 600 carts full of healthy, nutritious food for our neighbors in Northwest Oklahomans living with hunger.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive was postponed, so the Letter Carriers in our community decided to hold a virtual food drive instead..

Food insecurity in Oklahoma has increased as the result of COVID-19, making this drive more important than ever. Our goal is to raise $28,000 in honor of what would have been the 28th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Thank you for joining us in the fight against hunger.
