Fermented food is nutritious, it is full of beneficial probiotics and it tastes good! Join us as we explore how to set up basic vegetable ferments for success. This is a hands-on class where you will make and leave with a started veggie ferment or two. During this class you can expect to make sauerkraut and ferment other seasonal vegetables.
