From Farm to Glass: Using botanicals to make cocktails

Using many herbs and plant material found at Pennypack Farm, long time PFEC member and home brewer, Matt Green will demonstrate how to make Amaro, an Italian herbal liqueur, plus DIY cocktail ingredients like bitters, simple syrups, and shrubs. Demonstrations, samples, recipes, and a list of resources will help to expand your cocktail (or mocktail) repertoire.
