Join Jennifer Holmes for an in-person class that will demonstrate how to make innovative summer salads using the best produce of the season. Salads are so much more than lettuce and tomatoes! Jennifer will make mixed green salads, pickled salads and more. Following the demonstration, enjoy a light meal consisting of the salads. Bring your appetite! Recipes included.
