Photography Permit Request

1. Request must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the requested date of the photo shoot.

2. Please submit one request form for each date you are requesting to take professional photography at NBS.

3. Photo shoots may be conducted at NBS for up to 2 hours maximum, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

4. Up to 6 people total (including the photographer) may attend a photo shoot. If there will be more than 6 people at the photo shoot, each additional person must pay the standard entry fee.

5. Please list any equipment and/or supplies you intend on bringing and please explain how they will be used during your visit.

6. All participants must observe the following rules:

NO dogs, smoking, alcohol, drones, horses, bikes, kites, metal detecting, jogging, motorized vehicles, camping, fires, hunting, fishing, ponding, swimming, littering, vandalism or collecting of any kind.

To protect the wildlife and preserve the sensitive habitats, Norman Bird Sanctuary does not allow visitors to bring dogs, cats or other domestic animals on the property.

** Note your photo shoot is not scheduled until you hear back from us confirming the dates and times, payment is received, and a Photo Shoot Permit is issued. Once received, your request will be reviewed by our property managers and the camp / education department for any conflict with Norman Bird Sanctuary events.
