Welcome to the 2024 Quail Hill Farm Summer CSA   

Choose from the following options: 
  • Family Share: For households of two or more people. This share goes from early June through Halloween, wit picking days twice a week, including unlimited flowers!
  • Single Share: For single person households only. This share goes from early June through Halloween, with picking days twice a week, including unlimited flowers!
  • Box Share: This share goes from early July through Halloween. Choose your pick-up location in either Amagansett or Bridgehampton.
  • Flower Share: Receive a weekly arrangement of fresh flowers from Quail Hill throughout the season (from early July through early October). For Box share members only.
Sliding scale share pricing is one way we can make our CSA accessible to our neighbors with fewer resources, which in turn allows us to share our values of land stewardship and fresh, local food with a wider community.

Standard level share prices cover the full cost of what it takes to make this farm tick. If you are wondering how to pay the "real" price of the share, this is your baseline.

Consider paying more on the scale if:
You own more than one home, you don't have significant debt or medical expenses, you have inherited money/property/other assets from family members, you own the home you live in, you have access to family money and resources in times of need, your household earns over $119,000 (the 2023 Suffolk County median household income)

Consider paying less on the scale if:
You are supporting children or other dependents, have significant debt or medical expenses not covered by insurance, have education or tuition expenses, receive public assistance, or are living on a fixed income.

  Saturday pick-up at Quail Hill Farm (660 Old Stone Highway) 8am-1 pm.

  Saturday pick-up at Bridge Gardens (36 Mitchell Lane) 8:30am - 11am.

  Receive a weekly arrangement of fresh flowers from Quail Hill throughout the season (from early July through early October). For Box share members only.  
   This off-season share runs bi-weekly from Thanksgiving through the end of February. Includes root vegetables, autumn greens, and salad mixes from our hoop houses.  
  In 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Quail Hill Farm embarked upon a partnership with the food pantry at The Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreation Center (aka, "The Center.") The goal was simple: to provide fresh produce to those in the community who were facing unprecedented food insecurity, and to have the cost of growing, delivering, and supplying the produce paid for, so that QHF would not lose money in establishing this critical program.

Over the last 4 years, we have provided more than 20,000 lbs. of fresh produce to The Center. On a weekly or twice-a-week basis, we fed between 100 and 200 families in the Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk communities. And while the need is (thankfully) not as great as it was in 2020, food insecurity here on the South Fork still far exceeds pre-pandemic levels.

This program can only continue with the generosity of our donors. Our 2024 program budget is $58,000, and we have already raised $20,000. Please join us today to raise the remaining $38,000 to enable this vital program - for our community, and for our farm - to continue.
