Please select the camp(s) for which you would like to register your young artist. If you are registering multiple children for summer art camp, please complete a separate registration form for each child. Please also be sure to check camps dates, so that you are not registering one child for multiple camps during the same week.

Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge.
