I hereby agree to and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Murrieta, it’s officials, officers, directors, employees, all entrants & vendors, Oak Grove Center, Drifters Car Club, volunteers and agents from and against any overall loss, liability, expense, claim, costs, suits, and damages of every kind, nature and description, directly or indirectly, arising from usage or activities for which Special Event Permits are granted. I further permit the use of activity / event photography and / or vendors for media promotion. The Drifters further reserve the right to refuse admission to any vehicle at our discretion.
