Our Vision is of a powerful force for social change, where women are key drivers of philanthropy in local communities, across the country and around the world.
Women United™ PTBO is a network of philanthropists and their allies who donate $1,200 or more each year to United Way Peterborough & District. Through mentorship, advocacy and amplification of marginalized voices our goals are to elevate the Women United™ movement in Peterborough City and County and to raise funds to support local programs and initiatives supporting women and gender diverse individuals locally.

WOMEN OF IMPACT Awards - NOMINATION FORM
Nominate a friend, family member, neighbour or colleague who goes above and beyond to make our community a better place.
Whether they are well-known figures or unsung heroes, young trailblazers or seasoned advocates, our aim is to recognize and honor women and those who identify as women from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures who dedicate their lives to driving positive change.
By sharing these collective stories, we can cement their place in history and inspire others to follow in their footsteps. Together we can have impact and shape the tapestry of and heart of Peterborough City and County.
The Criteria:
Nominees can be living or deceased; they can be well-known figures or unsung heroes working quietly behind the scenes. We are striving to recognize women who lead from where they are and give back to the community.
