Thank you for your interest in registering for the 10th annual 2021 WYB Memorial Day Tournament Classic!  We take great pride in providing a fun and safe tournament experience and are proud to have sold out in almost all age groups over the years.
 
We strive to make the tournament fun for all ages.  This includes PA announcers for every game, and nearly all games will even include a DJ between half innings to make the experience special.  Fields will be prepped for every game.  At the same time, we are all volunteers, trying to do our best to make baseball fun and enjoyable for who matters most- the players.

2021 Tournament Details

• Registration fee:
  • 8u-10u - $575, $625 after March 1.
  • 11u-12u - $600, $650 after March 1.
    
    
• To secure a spot in the 2021 Warrington Youth Baseball Memorial Day Classic, advanced registration will require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration.  Full payment of the balance will be required by March 1st.  Please make your checks payable to "Warrington Youth Baseball" and mail to:

• After March 1st, full payment will be required at the time of registration online.  If you send in a check, your spot won't be reserved until we receive the check.
  
  
• A $75.00 fee will be assessed for any payment (checks) that are returned for non-payment.
  
  
• If the balance due payment is not received for early registration by March 1st, teams will be contacted and will be given (3) three days to make necessary arrangements for payment. If there is no contact made after three days, we will contact the first team on the waiting list for the tournament and the team will forfeit their spot.
  
  
• A wait list will be kept for possible tournament teams. If the maximum number of teams for the tournament’s age groups is filled, a wait list will be established on a first come first serve basis.  If any team that has registered cannot fulfill its obligation, the tournament director reserves the right to replace that team with one on the waiting list if deemed necessary.  Teams on the wait list will be contacted in the order that their requests were received. When we contact the teams on the waiting list, teams will be given 24 hours to get back in touch with us before we move onto the next team.
  
  
• After March 1, If an age group is full, you can email [email protected] to be placed on a wait list.
  
  
• No Tournament entry fees will be refunded after April 28, 2021, one month prior to the tournament start date of May 28, 2021.
  
  
  • Once the Tournament begins, tournament fees will be Non-Refundable unless in the event of inclement weather.  The welcome packet (emailed once deposit is received) outlays the entire inclement weather policy, the short version follows:
    
    
  • Play 0 Games – 100% refund minus the $50 deposit for early registration
  • Play 1 Game  -  $200 refund
  • Play 2 Games or more – No refund
