Online registration is closed. Day-of registration open at 7:30am. Walks leave at 8:00am.

Choose the distance you want to walk, 5, 8, 14, or 21 miles, and experience the beauty of the Green Ribbon Trail in Montgomery County. Wissahickon Trails’ staff and volunteers will lead you along the natural, mostly unpaved, trail through diverse wetlands, woodlands, and meadows as you follow the Wissahickon Creek. All funds raised support Wissahickon Trails efforts to protect and restore the Wissahickon Creek and surrounding trails for the entire community to enjoy.

Fees:
$35 - early registration by 9/1; $40 - registration 9/2 - 9/28; $45 - day-of registration
Includes snacks, lunch at Four Mills Barn, bus transportation and t-shirt (while supplies last)

While we know walkers will spread out due to the nature of the trail & conditions, participants are asked to keep with the pace of their selected group. This helps us stay on track with our schedule for police-assisted road crossings and bus pickups. The average pace is approximately a 20-minute mile for the 14 & 21-mile group, and a 30-minute mile for the 5 & 8 mile group.

Pay it Forward If you purchase this additional registration, it will be available to people who would like to participate in the event but find the cost to be prohibitive. Any unused community funded registrations will become a donation to Wissahickon Trails.
