Join John McCoy, former watershed manager for the Columbia Association, for an evening of exploring the importance of healthy watersheds. The evening begins at 6PM with a walk (weather- permitting) down to the stream restoration area to look at the progress of the Davis Branch Stream Restoration project at Mt. Pleasant. At 7PM the watershed presentation begins inside the Gudelsky Center.  McCoy will talk about what a watershed is, what makes a watershed healthy, why watersheds are vital and what role residents play in the condition of our watersheds. Recommended for ages 10 years and up.
Participants can choose to select the walk or the talk or both activities!
