Day of the Dead is truly a celebration of life. With a history rooted in Latin American tradition, Día de los Muertos is an opportunity for the living to come together and to celebrate the dead. It is through this celebration the living are able to honor those they have loved in a colorful expression of life.

Wilshire Hospice supports our community members during their end of life journey, not only with the patient’s medical care, but the family’s journey as well. The Wilshire Hospice Center for Grief Education and Healing offers support and counseling to anyone who is undergoing challenges during this process. The Día de los Muertos celebration enables us to connect the Central Coast community to this resource available to those who are experiencing loss and grief, regardless if they have utilized our hospice services.

We invite you join us in this celebration with a donation to Wilshire Hospice. Your gift will support not only the annual event, but important hospice services like bereavement counseling.
