If you choose to donate to CCA, we may collect information such as your full name, company name, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing address, payment card information or other banking information, and tribute details (if your donation is dedicated to another person). For specific donations, we may require additional information to facilitate the donation and we will request this information directly from you. Donors can choose not to be receive calls, emails or direct mail by contacting [email protected] or calling 905-507-6208 ext. 221.

Terms/Conditions
By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the account above for the amount specified in the Transaction Amount field. Account information for Recurring Pledges/Monthly Giving is encrypted and stored securely via SafeSave™ for automatic processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your pledge. Monthly recurring gifts will be withdrawn on the 15th of every month after the first gift. You can call and cancel your monthly gift at any time by calling 905-507-6208 ext. 221. 30 days notice is required.
