Please help us Go Green! In an effort to better communicate with our donors and make every dollar go as far as possible, we are asking you to help by 1) Providing your primary email address and 2) Selecting your preference for communication. By taking these two simple steps, you can help us better meet your needs, and at the same time, reduce our annual mailing costs.

Providing your email address will give us the ability to send you monthly Email Donation Confirmations, letting you know that we’ve processed your gift. Additionally, we will also be able to send you occasional important Executive Director Messages promptly. These are two new features now available to donors who provide an email address.

	Option 01: I want all my correspondence with Project Mexico to be ELECTRONIC, including news updates and newsletters. By doing so, I am choosing to opt-out of paper mailings.

	Option 02: I want to receive BOTH ELECTRONIC AND PAPER correspondences from Project Mexico, including electronic news updates and newsletters, as well as mailed paper newsletters.

	Option 03: I want to receive ONLY PAPER CORRESPONDENCE from Project Mexico. I do not want to receive electronic news updates.

If you receive multiple mailings at your address, please list the names of all the individuals who are receiving mailings. We will consolidate and send only ONE mailing to your household.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Your personal information and email address will be used solely by Project Mexico & St. Innocent Orphanage and it will never be sold or shared without the express written permission of the donor. The email address you provide here will override the one(s) we currently have on file. Every donor, regardless of their communication preference listed above will receive a paper annual donation statement in the mail.
