Thank you for your donation to Solano Land Trust’s Farm to Community Food Connection Program. 

Together, we are supporting local farming families and bringing fresh, local, and nutrient dense meat and produce to local families in need. 

Your donation supports local youth in agriculture who worked to raise livestock for local fairs that have been cancelled and local farm families who are producing food right here in Solano County. The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano will distribute the meat and produce to communities in need.
