Refunds

Please review your donation carefully, you are in control of your giving. Friends of Franklin is not able to issue any refunds for donations. If you wish to cancel your pledge at any time please contact [email protected]. A cancellation request will be honored the same month it was received as long as the request is received before the monthly charge date. If it is received after the charge date, the cancellation request will be effective the following month.
