Donor Recognition Tiers

Donations of $3,000 or more will be recognized on our donor wall, which will be located in the lobby of the new medical campus.

*Mountain Top -$100,000.

*Tree Line - $75,000.

*Forest - $25,000.

Meadow - $3,000.

*Donations of $25,000 and above can be paid over the course of 5 years.
