By filling out this form you are agreeing to all of the rules of participation listed below: 

  • To reserve a space, please submit a paper or online application by July 14th
  • All payments are due by July 25th and are non-refundable
  • All vendors must bring a door prize donation (preferred minimum value of $150 but we are flexible.) 
  • You must submit your company's logo (PNG) and company description to Yasmin Alfurati at [email protected] by July 14th
  • Tables are available on a first come-first served basis
  • Vendors are welcome to attend daily on August 2nd - August 5th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, if a vendor is only able to attend on one day, we kindly ask that you ensure that your booth is cleared by Friday, August 5th at 4:00 PM. 
  • Professional conduct is expected of all vendors.
  • Goody-bag Sponsors must drop off donated items to the ISF office prior to July 28th. Discounted items such as coupons are not allowed. Please schedule a drop-off appointment by calling us at 972-600-5018. You do not have to fill out this form, instead, contact us and let us know that you will be donating items to the Learn2Inspire vendor fair.
