Luis Vielma was a graduate of Seminole State who was about to begin the next phase of his educational journey to become an Emergency Medical Technician when his life was tragically cut short as a result of the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

Described by all who knew him, Luis was a bright, funny, kind man known for always being the first to help anyone in need. He represents all that we need in today's world - more than ever before. Immediately following his passing, our Seminole State Community established a scholarship so that we may never forget Luis and all for which he stands.  

Luis, we miss you and will never forget the beauty and love you shared with the world.
