New York Kitchen is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to educate, engage and excite visitors in a celebration of the incredible agriculture, craft beverage and culinary bounty of New York State.


Each day we drive our mission forward through our educational hands-on cooking and craft beverage pairing classes, the industry certification courses we host, our Junior Chef Initiative in partnership with area after school programs, and our 100% New York State Tasting Room.
