Restoring the Wellness Center Gym, Plank By Plank.

Goal: 

Refurbish the Middle Park Health Wellness Center gymnasium in Kremmling, CO to provide the space and time to fulfill the extra curricular needs of the community, provide opportunities for new programs, alleviate the high demand for the two school run gyms in Kremmling, Colorado. Overall resulting in an increase in the physical and mental health of the Kremmling community across all demographics.

Estimated cost: 

Preliminary construction estimates are around $800,000.

Work to be Done:

The gym is in rough shape. The old owner sold half the floor and that is only the beginning. The showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms all need remodeled, including plumbing and heating. Repairs need to be made to leaky roofs, exits need to be updated, proper water dispensers need to be installed, lighting needs to be updated, new windows installed, new bleachers, new equipment, and the list goes on...

Middle Park Medical Foundation is embarking on a capital campaign to bring this gym back to life to serve the Kremmling community so they can get the space they need and deserve. This will be done with a mix of grant funding and community support.
