Will you help us build a new home for our sand cats?

When you visit Zoo Boise, you can only see the sand cat mom, Nala. You can't see Simba, the dad. There is no room for him to live in an area where you can see.

Will you donate to build a new home for the sand cats?

Sand cats often live alone. They only live with others during the mating season and when raising young. The new sand cat home will give Nala and Simba their own space - plus room for any future kittens!

Will you help us reach our goal of raising $100,000 from donors like you by January 15, 2024? If we raise the final funds, we can start construction next year. Your donation will also help renovate animal homes in the Small Animal Kingdom and build a new education campus.

Friends of Zoo Boise is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (tax ID #82-6005995). All gifts are tax deductible within the guidelines of U.S. and state laws and qualify for the Idaho State Education Tax Credit.
