Launched in the fall of 2014, ScienceStrong is based on the core belief that learning science is most successful when done through hands-on learning experiences. Since that time, Pierce Cedar Creek Institute has demonstrated a sustained commitment to providing and improving science education for Barry County Pre-K – 5^th grade students and teachers. Under the ScienceStrong banner, the Institute offers field trips, in-school programs, professional development sessions, curriculum development and support, summer science programs, and a science lending library.
