Meet Snow White, a sweet 15-year-old kitty who is in need of extra love and care. Last year, Snow White's foster parent noticed that she was experiencing episodes of twitching, yowling, and vomiting, so they quickly took her to the vet. After examination, the vet identified that she needed dental surgery and that one of her optic nerves was not intact, which was causing her to have partial seizures. Based on her age and symptoms, the vet believes that Snow White has a brain tumor.

Snow White is currently on seizure medication, which has helped to reduce the frequency and intensity of her seizures. Unfortunately, as time has gone on, the twitching has spread to the rest of her body and can startle her. Despite this, Snow White continues to enjoy her daily activities, and her foster parent is always there to comfort her whenever she needs it.

Snow White is in long-term care with a foster parent who is familiar with her condition and provides her with the love and care she needs, particularly during moments when she is seizing and scared. However, her medical expenses are costly, and her day-to-day care requires extra attention.

By sponsoring Snow White, you can help support her ongoing medical expenses and daily care needs. Your support will help ensure that Snow White continues to receive the love and attention she deserves in her long-term foster home. Thank you for considering sponsoring Snow White and helping her live a happy and comfortable life.

A message from Snow White’s foster:

"Snow White is a gentle senior cat with a sweet nature. She had been living in someone's backyard before VOKRA rescued her, and she immediately ran to her rescuers for cuddles! Snow White is extremely sensitive and friendly, and she loves soft instrumental music like guitar, piano, and harp.
I don't believe Snow White would have been able to survive on her own due to her sweet disposition and colouring. I'm grateful to VOKRA for taking care of her and giving her a second chance to enjoy her remaining time. Although the vet visits, medications, and special diet can be costly, seeing Snow White curl up in my lap and give me a wink makes it all worthwhile. It's clear that the money spent on her care is money well spent!"

As with all of our sponsors cats, donations will go directly towards the medical and care costs of the cat you have chosen to sponsor. If their medical costs and cost of care are less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other cats in need.

I'd like to sponsor Snow White!
