In the event that the Directors conclude, in their sole discretion, that:
a. the need for a program or project has been met;
b. a program or project has been terminated; or
c. a program or project cannot be completed for any reason;
then gifts designated for that program or project will be applied to other charitable purposes of LIFT, in the sole discretion of the Directors.
