Cancellation policy: A full cancellation refund will be given 90 days prior to the event with written notice. For cancellations between 45 to 90 days prior to the event date, a refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee. No cancellation will be granted for events less than 45 days away from the event date. A notification for substitution must be submitted in writing or email at least one week prior to the event.
